Dear Parents, 

My hope for this website is that it can support pupils in understanding different aspects of their wellbeing. However, I also hope that you can use this page to understand how to support yourself and your children if at some point they find themselves needing support with any aspect of their wellbeing. 

Under the wellbeing tab, you will find general information about the different aspects of wellbeing. However, on this page, you will find some information about how to support children with their physical, mental, social, and emotional wellbeing. 

You can also access videos, websites, and organisations that can help support you and your children under the resources page.
