Welcome to the first post on the Mind Oan Blog!

 

I decided to set this up as part of the website so that I can continue to share new information with you, or possibly even answer some questions.


I would just like to start off by thanking everyone who has helped me to create this website and help me with the process of sharing it with others. I really hope that this website can help people by giving them some information, guidance and support regarding all aspects of our wellbeing.


Over the last year the ways in which we have been maintaining our wellbeing has changed, there have also been major factors which have impacted on all aspects of our wellbeing, which is why I think that it is so important to make sure we are looking after ourselves.


Each time I post on the blog I will try to display who it might be aimed at pupils/teachers/parents&carers. I hope to be able to discuss further important topics, answer questions and share with you some additional strategies to maintain our wellbeing.
